These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fvlcrvm.ca and any related services, content, or features made available by Fvlcrvm (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the Site, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to infringe the rights of any third party;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Fvlcrvm name and brand) are owned by Fvlcrvm or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
4. User Submissions
If you submit any content or feedback through the Site (including inquiry forms, comments, or suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit that content for any lawful business purpose. You represent that you have all necessary rights in any content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. No Professional Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, real estate, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site creates a lawyer-client, advisor-client, or other professional relationship. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information from the Site.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fvlcrvm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Fvlcrvm, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fvlcrvm and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fvlcrvm with respect to the Site and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
